Introduction

Tracer Technologies Ltd. (Reg. No. 516239043) ("Tracer", "the Company", "we") owns and operates the website tracer.co.il (the "Site"), including all sub-domains.

  • These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you – the visitor or user ("user", "you") – and Tracer.
  • Browsing or using the Site signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
  • If you are a minor (under 18), you may use the Site only with parental or guardian consent to these Terms.
  • Tracer may amend the Terms at any time; the updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Site.
  • These Terms complement Tracer's Privacy Policy and any written agreement signed with a customer. In case of conflict, the specific agreement prevails.

Providing personal data is not legally mandatory, but some services may be unavailable without it.

5. Cookies

7. International Transfers

Telematics data may be stored and processed on secure servers in the EEA and USA; accounting and CRM data are stored in Israel. Transfers comply with Israel's Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Transfer Abroad) 2001.

8. Security Measures

10. User Liability

The user or fleet owner must inform drivers and any person in the vehicle about the tracking and its purpose. Unlawful use constitutes breach; the user shall indemnify Tracer for any claim or damage.

12. Children
