Job Requirements:
- 1+ year phone sales/telemarketing experience
- Experience with CRM and KPI tracking – advantage
- Background in insurance/finance call centers – strong advantage
- Good English – advantage
- Eager to learn technology, self‑disciplined, highly motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
