We're hiring experienced salespeople with an entrepreneurial drive and a winners' mentality—the kind who turn "not interested" into "when's good for a short demo?".

Role Overview

  • Outbound is the core: phone, email, and LinkedIn to create first contact, build trust, and open doors
  • Book quality demos with a clear target of 4 per day (quality over quantity, with true decision-makers)
  • Join live demos alongside the Sales Lead/leadership and, over time, take full ownership of the sales process
  • Operate cleanly in the CRM, use a dialer and modern digital tools for research and data enrichment
  • Work with provided data and expand it with smart, self-driven prospecting

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach cold prospects in the Israeli market (operations, logistics, contractors, garages, rental companies, and more)
  • Run sharp discovery, articulate the business value, and secure a demo on the calendar
  • Own rigorous follow-through: document every touchpoint, schedule call-backs, and close the loop until the meeting is booked
  • Handle common objections ("not interested," "no time") and steer the conversation—firmly yet respectfully—toward a set demo
  • Continuously refine call scripts and emails based on real performance, together with the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold outreach / outbound—this is the heart of the role
  • Native Hebrew and excellent English (spoken and written)
  • High digital fluency: CRM, dialer, data-enrichment tools, LinkedIn
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & winners' mentality: discipline, persistence, resilience, curiosity, and fast learning
  • Full-time availability in a hybrid setup from the Bursa District, Ramat Gan

Growth & Training

  • Join demos from day one; progress to full-cycle ownership within ~12 months
  • Practical enablement: call scripts, call listening, hands-on coaching, simulations, and post-call/deal reviews
  • A results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement—without bureaucracy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base: ₪60/hour
  • High performance bonuses tied to qualified demos, show-ups, and stage progression
