Tracer Technologies, a leading company in telematics solutions and fleet management in Israel, is looking for a Customer Relations Manager with strong technological orientation and high service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers and full support during the integration process
- Regular follow-up and communication with customers (week, two weeks, month, 3 months)
- Identifying at-risk customers and initiating retention actions
- Providing professional and service-oriented responses to customers through various channels (phone, messenger, WhatsApp)
- Handling billing and payment issues as needed
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or customer account management - Required
- Strong technological orientation and fast learning ability - Required
- Experience working with CRM systems - Significant advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, organized and detail-oriented
- High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in telematics or fleet management - Advantage
